10 High Protein Meal Prep Ideas

I am not the guy to ask for tasty recipes.

Most of the time, I eat the exact same boring meals throughout the week.

Why?

Because it’s simple, easy, and I don’t have to think about what I’m going to eat. I can just put my nutrition on autopilot.

Butttt…..

I know that not everyone is like me. And my clients ask me all the time where they can find tasty high protein meal prep ideas.

So, I’ve searched the internet high and low to find you delicious, high protein meal prep ideas to help you hit your nutrition goals.

Enjoy!

Before you go to the grocery store..

If you really want to hit your nutrition goals, whether that be to lose fat, build muscle, or a combination of the two, you need to be eating the right amount of calories for your goals.

And the best way to find out how many calories you need is to use a calorie calculator.

A good calorie calculator will take into account your activity level, age, weight, and a bunch of other information to give you an estimate of how many calories per day you should be eating.

Lucky for you, I’ve got a calorie calculator you can use right here.
